The Music Institute of Chicago is pleased to announce a free Zoom webinar presented by MIC cello faculty member, Dr. Horacio Contreras. Latin American Cello Repertoire: Teaching and Performing Music by Latin American Composers will explore the Sphinx Catalog of Latin American Cello Works, a free resource of more than 2,200 entries which provides an extensive window into the music of Latin American composers and is co-authored by Dr. Contreras. 6:00 – 7:30 pm (CST)
